Induction Sorter

The Induction machine separates all non-ferrous metals from bulk fractions by means of highly sensitive induction sensors.

Even the smallest parts, like for example small wires, are detected by the sorter.

The sensors are developed to guarantee the maximum recovery rates and purities possible, and their sensitivity can be easily adjusted to serve your sorting tasks.

  • Detects all non-ferrous metals from your bulk fractions.
  • Separates stainless steel.
  • Highly sensitive induction sensors.
  • Accurate detection: resolution from 12,5 mm to 25 mm.
  • Optimal inspection: the sensitivity can be easily adjusted to the needs of your sorting challenge.
  • The Induction sorter is stackable: create your own sorting tower if you require several sorting steps.
  • If your waste fractions still contain non-ferrous metals and you want to recover them, the Induction sorter is the right choice. This machine recovers even the finest plastic-coated wires from your waste.

Working principle

The material is fed into the system through a vibratory feeder. Electromagnetic sensors detect all non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. The pieces discovered are expelled through air currents or shovels. Induction classifier recovers even smaller cables coated plastic in the trash.
